then I heard the lyrics and felt like you were speaking to my soul (if there is such a thing) emotions that are hard to make sense of at all, I feel like I can relate to them, or maybe I'm just projecting. Either way it's impactful

Usually songs about rain are very sad, but this one is upbeat, which is unique. I don't know if it is your intent because I don't understand the Japanese lyrics very well, but I think your song has a feeling of perseverance, overcoming worries and staying hopeful.

You might be right. Simply put, the lyrics are about the everyday life of an ADHD-ish girl (like me), and I didn't think much more about it, but after reading your comment, I felt that I wanted the song to be about her doing her best to live, rather than about her difficulties in life.
